Sodisan is a Special Employment Center recognized by the Junta de Andalucía, committed to the labor integration of people with physical, mental, or sensory disabilities. Currently, 70% of our staff is made up of professionals with disabilities.

We have specialized in offering comprehensive services to companies and communities, maintaining a firm commitment to employability, personal development, and social inclusion of all people with disabilities.

As a Special Employment Center, SODISAN exclusively manages offers aimed at people with disabilities, with a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%, or who have a permanent disability recognized by Social Security, and who are registered as job seekers in the Andalusian Employment Service.

    Mission

    SODISAN’s reason for being is to promote the labor and social integration of people with disabilities through the creation of jobs adapted to their profiles and needs. We work to promote their personal autonomy, economic stability, and the full exercise of their rights.

    We promote all those actions, projects, and programs necessary to guarantee their inclusion in a normalized labor market and to improve the well-being of those with greater difficulties in integration.

    Vision

    Our main objective is to become a benchmark in the provision of services that improve the assistance, well-being, and social inclusion of people with disabilities. We aspire to lead the implementation of new innovative job placement programs, always maintaining the satisfaction of our clients as a priority.

    We foster a healthy and continuously improving work environment, adapting occupational risk prevention plans to the characteristics of each work center and promoting the physical and emotional well-being of the entire staff.
